Close enough to come between meetings.
Barangaroo sits across the water from us. For the towers at International Towers and the offices along Hickson Road, SkinMedics is the nearest six-star clinic that is not in the middle of the city.

A short trip, a world away from the rush.
The people who come to us from Barangaroo mostly come on a weekday, in a gap they have carved out. That shapes how we schedule: tell us the window you have and we will tell you honestly what fits inside it, rather than starting something that leaves you watching the clock.
The clinic itself is the opposite of a tower. A heritage terrace on a quiet Pyrmont street, a female-led and medically supervised team, and an appointment that is not run to a call-centre script.
Caring for: Barangaroo · Millers Point · The Rocks · Walsh Bay · Sydney CBD · Darling Harbour.
Non-surgical skin & body, properly done
Face & skin, body contouring, wellness and cosmetic tattooing — all medically supervised and tailored to you. Not sure where to begin?
Getting out of the towers
The distances people ask about, from where they actually start.
International Towers
Out to Hickson Road and around the water, or one stop on the light rail. Short enough that most people walk it in one direction and ride back.
Barangaroo Reserve
The headland walk joins the harbour path toward Darling Harbour, then Pyrmont Bridge.
Wulugul Walk
The waterfront promenade, and the flattest route across if you would rather not deal with traffic.
Barangaroo ferry wharf
Ferries connect the wharf to the rest of the harbour, with Pyrmont Bay a short walk from us.
Darling Harbour
Between the two of us. Cross Pyrmont Bridge at its far end and you are on our street.
The Star
Straight down Pyrmont Street from the clinic, and the simplest all-day parking if you drive in.
However you travel
- On foot
- Along the harbour past Darling Harbour and over Pyrmont Bridge. Flat, pedestrian the whole way, and the route most people take.
- Light rail
- The L1 runs through Darling Harbour to Pyrmont. John Street Square and The Star are the closest stops to us.
- Ferry
- From Barangaroo wharf across the harbour, with Pyrmont Bay wharf a short walk from the clinic.
- Parking
- Metered street parking around the clinic, paid parking at The Star, and the Coles car park on Union and Edward Streets.

Asked by people coming from Barangaroo
Can I get here and back inside a lunch hour?
From most of Barangaroo, yes. Tell us your window when you book and we will match the appointment to it. If what you want needs longer, we will say so rather than rush it and leave you with less than you came for.
What is the quickest way across?
Walking the harbour path and over Pyrmont Bridge is usually as quick as anything, and avoids traffic entirely. The L1 light rail is the easy alternative in bad weather.
Do you do evening appointments?
We open at nine and run into the evening on our late days, with Monday and Saturday by appointment. Ask when you book and we will tell you what is free that week.
What happens on a first visit?
A complimentary consultation and a proper look at your skin or the concern you arrived with, then a plan explained in plain language, with the cost before anything is booked.
Come in for a no-pressure consultation.
The best way to know if SkinMedics is right for you is to meet us — a complimentary consultation and skin or body analysis, with no obligation.
