Your clinic, on Pyrmont Street.
We have been on this street since 2003. A heritage terrace, a female-led and medically supervised team, and a peninsula that has changed around us while the way we work has not.

A short trip, a world away from the rush.
Pyrmont is a small peninsula that behaves like a village. Sandstone terraces sit beside converted wool stores, the water is never more than a few minutes away, and most people walk. That is the pace the clinic keeps: appointments that are not rushed, and a consultation that costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Being local means the practical things are easy. A treatment on a lunch break is genuinely possible from the offices on Harris Street and Darling Island. If parking is your worry, it is the one question we answer most, and there is a straight answer below.
Caring for: Pyrmont · Ultimo · Darling Island · Darling Harbour · Glebe · Sydney CBD.
Non-surgical skin & body, properly done
Face & skin, body contouring, wellness and cosmetic tattooing — all medically supervised and tailored to you. Not sure where to begin?
The Pyrmont you already know
If you live or work here, these are the places we are between.
Union Square
The cafes at the top of Union Street are a two-minute walk. Most clients who come before work arrive with a coffee from here.
The Star
Straight down Pyrmont Street. Its car park is the simplest paid parking near the clinic, and it runs all day.
Sydney Fish Market
At the Bank Street end of the peninsula, with the new market building on Blackwattle Bay reshaping that corner of Pyrmont.
Pirrama Park and Jones Bay Wharf
The harbour edge, and the offices along Darling Island. A ten-minute walk from the desks there to our front door.
Pyrmont Bridge
The pedestrian crossing to Darling Harbour and the city. It is why people in the CBD treat us as walking distance.
Wentworth Park
The green edge toward Glebe, and the light rail that runs beside it.
However you travel
- Light rail
- The L1 line runs the length of the peninsula. John Street Square and The Star are the closest stops, both a short walk. Fish Market and Wentworth Park are the next ones along.
- On foot
- From Darling Harbour, cross Pyrmont Bridge and continue up Pyrmont Street. From Union Square it is two minutes downhill.
- Bus
- Services run along Harris Street, the spine of the peninsula, connecting to the city and to the Inner West.
- Ferry
- Pyrmont Bay wharf sits beside the Australian National Maritime Museum, a short walk from the clinic.
- Parking
- Metered street parking around the clinic, paid parking at The Star, and the Coles car park on the corner of Union and Edward Streets.

Asked by people coming from Pyrmont
Where do I park?
Metered street parking sits right around the clinic and is usually the quickest option outside peak hours. For a longer appointment, the car park at The Star or the Coles car park on Union and Edward Streets are both a short walk, and neither depends on finding a space on the street.
How long should I allow for a first visit?
Allow a little more than the treatment itself. A first visit starts with a complimentary consultation and a proper look at your skin, so you leave knowing what is suggested and why, rather than being handed a plan you did not ask about.
Can I come on a lunch break?
Many people who work on Harris Street or Darling Island do. Tell us when you book and we will suggest what fits the time you have, and what is better kept for an appointment you are not watching the clock through.
Is the clinic accessible?
The clinic is in a heritage terrace on Pyrmont Street, so tell us about access needs when you book and we will talk you through the entrance and the rooms before you arrive.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book a complimentary consultation yourself. If something is better handled by your GP or a specialist, we will say so.
Come in for a no-pressure consultation.
The best way to know if SkinMedics is right for you is to meet us — a complimentary consultation and skin or body analysis, with no obligation.
